Clavon is a new luxury condominium development coming up along Clementi Avenue in District 5. A joint venture by UOL Venture Investment Pte Ltd and UIC Homes Pte Ltd, the tender for the 178,064 sqft piece of land was awarded to the developers after submitting a top bid of S$491.3 million for the site.
